Town Hall 12 trophy base

Offset Town Hall

The Town Hall is pushed down to the bottom of the walls, with the Clan Castle in the center and the Eagle Artillery and the Dark Elixir Storage at the top, so no single side reaches all three. An Elixir Storage sits in each of the four side compartments.
